Cookie Policy

ReplyMan uses cookies it needs to work, plus one analytics cookie you can turn off.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We use a few, strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your account secure. Google Analytics also sets a first-party cookie to count visits. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland it is set only after you accept in our cookie banner. Elsewhere it is on by default, and you can turn it off. We do not use advertising cookies. Our product analytics runs without cookies or browser storage.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session | Keeps you signed in, so the app knows which account and workspace a request comes from. | 7 days, renewed while you use the app, or until you log out |
| Sign-in and connection state | Protects the Google sign-in and account-connection steps from forged requests. | A few minutes |
Analytics cookies
| Cookie | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) | Counts visits and pages viewed so we can see what is used. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, set only if you accept. | Up to 2 years |
Stored in your browser
Your light or dark theme choice, your answer to the cookie banner, and whether you were signed in last time (so our pages can show “Go to dashboard” straight away) are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
Turning cookies off
To accept or refuse the analytics cookie, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
