Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ReplyMan at replyman.app, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

The service

ReplyMan lets you build agents that find public posts on X, Reddit, Hacker News, Bluesky and LinkedIn and draft replies in your voice. Nothing is posted until you approve it. On X, Reddit, LinkedIn and Hacker News you post each reply yourself: ReplyMan fills it in or copies it and opens the post. On Bluesky, ReplyMan posts it for you when you approve it.

Your account

• Give accurate details, keep access to your email and Google account secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• You must be at least 16.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account and workspaces.

Your replies are yours

You keep ownership of what you write and approve. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. Because you approve every reply, you are responsible for what you post, including following each platform's rules and the law.

Drafts are written by AI and can be wrong, out of date, or not what you meant. Read each one before you approve it.

Acceptable use

Do not use ReplyMan to:

• send spam, or reply at a volume or in a way a platform forbids;
• harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• post unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content, or content that infringes someone's rights;
• get around a platform's limits, bans or detection systems;
• break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Other platforms

ReplyMan is not affiliated with or endorsed by X, Reddit, Bluesky, LinkedIn or Y Combinator. Those platforms can change their rules or access at any time, which may limit what ReplyMan can do there. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed at the prices on our pricing page when you subscribe. Plans include a number of replies per month; every reply the agent writes counts, including ones you edit or reject. Extra replies bought in a pack last until your plan renews, and a refunded pack is taken back. Each plan also includes a monthly amount of searching on Reddit, X and LinkedIn; once it is used, those searches wait for the next month. We will tell you before a price change affects you.

Ending your use

You can stop using ReplyMan at any time and ask us to delete your account at legal@replyman.app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

No warranty

ReplyMan is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that drafts will be accurate or achieve any result.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or actions a platform takes against your account, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and tell you in advance of a significant change. Using ReplyMan after a change takes effect means you accept it.
