Answer your community on time
Questions about your product turn up in your own subreddit, in threads you never see, and in replies to people who mention you. A community agent finds them and drafts an answer for you to check, so the question gets a reply while the person is still there.

How do I connect my calendar?
The link in the docs gives me a 404. Is there another way to set it up?
Picked because a question about your product that nobody has answered.
What the agent watches
- Your product’s name and the words your users use for its features.
- Questions in your field that your team can answer well.
- Accounts to ignore, such as your own team or known spam.
Answers in your team’s voice
Give the agent a short description of how your team talks and paste in replies you were happy with. It drafts in that voice and learns from every edit, so answers stay consistent no matter who approves them.
Every reply waits for approval. You can edit it, reject it with a reason, or approve it as it is.
Posting
On Reddit and LinkedIn, the approved reply is copied and the post opens, so you paste it and press Post. On X, the reply opens ready and you press Post. On Bluesky, ReplyMan posts it after you sign in with Bluesky, and you can revoke that at any time. On Hacker News, which has no way to post for you, you copy the reply and post it yourself.
Questions
Can more than one person approve replies?
Yes. Invite your team to the workspace, and anyone in it can review the queue.
How quickly does it find new posts?
Agents check for new posts on a schedule you choose, as often as every hour on the bigger plans. LinkedIn is checked less often because its searches cost more.
Plans start at $9 a month, with replies from $0.25 each. See pricing, or create your agent.
