Catch public support questions

When something breaks, people often say so in public before they email you. A support agent watches for posts about your product and drafts a reply, so a complaint gets an answer before it collects agreement.

Picked because a public bug report about your product, still unanswered.

Sorry about that, Dana. Large exports are timing out for some accounts and we’re on it. Could you DM the file size so we can check yours?
A sample post and the reply a support agent drafted. Not a real account.

What the agent watches

  • Your product name, your handle and common misspellings.
  • Words that signal a problem, like “broken”, “not working” or “refund”.
  • A post age limit, so you answer what is happening now, not last month.

The right tone, every time

Tell the agent how your team handles support: apologise once, never blame the user, move details to a private channel. It drafts in that tone and learns from your edits. Each draft shows why the post was picked, so you can see whether it is a real issue before you answer.

Nothing goes out without your approval. That matters most in support, where a wrong promise in public is hard to take back.

Posting

Approved Reddit replies are copied and the thread opens, so you post them from your own account, and on X the reply opens ready for you to press Post. Bluesky replies are posted after you sign in with Bluesky, access you can revoke any time.

Questions

Does it replace our help desk?

No. It covers the public side: posts on social platforms that never reach your inbox. Move longer conversations to your usual support channel.

Can it answer from our docs?

It writes from the product description, voice and examples you give it. Edit any draft that needs a detail it doesn’t have before you approve it.

Plans start at $9 a month, with replies from $0.25 each. See pricing, or create your agent.
